Every Dream Collection tee is offered in XS, S, M, L, XL and XXL. If a size is marked sold out on the product or shop page, it's out of the current drop — join the restock alert on the product page to be first in line if it returns.

Approximate body widths: XS 18", S 19", M 20", L 21.5", XL 23", XXL 24.5". Length runs ~27" (XS) to 31" (XXL). Because every piece is cut and finished after you order, there can be a small natural variance — usually under half an inch.

When in doubt, size up. The heavyweight fabric softens with washing but doesn't shrink much, and a slightly roomier fit suits the vintage streetwear look better than a snug one.

Because every tee is made to order specifically for you, all sales are final on standard orders. We don't hold warehouse stock to swap against, so we can't offer returns or exchanges on fit or preference.

If your piece arrives with a print defect, a wrong size, or shipping damage, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right — a reprint or a refund of the affected item.

Orders enter production quickly, often within a day. If you message us before production starts we can usually adjust the size; once cutting and printing begin, the order can't be changed.

Every order ships with tracking. If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, reach out within 14 days and we'll work with the carrier to file a claim and resolve it.

DREAM10 is for new customers — one use per shopper. If you've already ordered from ZERØSAINT before, the code won't apply. The offer is tied to your checkout, not an account, so it works for guest checkout too.

If you claimed the welcome offer on entry, the code is applied to your Dream Bag automatically. You can also type DREAM10 into the promo field in the cart drawer — the discount recalculates instantly and carries through to Shopify checkout.

No — only one promo code can be active at a time. Entering a different code replaces DREAM10, and removing a code lets the welcome offer re-apply if you've claimed it.

Check that it's typed as DREAM10 (one word, no spaces), that this is your first ZERØSAINT order, and that your cart has at least one eligible item. If it still won't apply, the offer may have been used already — reach out and we'll take a look.

Roughly a week of that is production: garment sourcing, printing, curing and a hand-finished ZERØSAINT tag. The rest is quality control and packing. Rushing any of it is how you get cracked prints and crooked seams — we'd rather you wait.

The date range on the product and bag pages is calculated live from the size you picked. Sizes already in stock move through finishing in about a week; sizes we build for you use the full made-to-order window. Both are quoted in business days.

Rarely. Each drop is a limited run, and once a size closes we usually leave it closed. If a size is sold out you can join the restock alert on the product page and you'll be first to know if it returns.

You get an order confirmation immediately, a note when your piece enters production, and a shipping email with tracking the moment it leaves the studio.
